Shipping Methods We ship by UPS Ground or USPS Priority with Delivery Confirmation which ever is most cost effective unless you request otherwise. Please provide your full street address as well as any PO Box for delivery purposes. If you are placing a "gift" order to be sent to an alternate recipient please include full address and phone number of the recipient. Products are insured at their purchase/replacement value.
** Please note, when purchasing multiple prints, the shipping calculation may overestimate the shipping cost, as each print is added at full package weight, but when combined in one package each additional print adds minimal weight. We will credit/refund any shipping overages and will communicate the change in price via email. Sorry for this inconvenience but that is why we have humans deal with every purchase, our computers aren't that smart yet!**
Antique prints are generally shipped in flat packages unless a tube is required due to the size or for protection of the print.
Time to Process We process our orders for all antique prints, antique print reproductions within 1-2 business days of receipt payment. Custom matted items and Limited Edition prints generally ship in 2-3 business days. Custom framed items including our framed reproductions, mirrors and folk art prints generally ship in 6 to 10 business days. If for any reason the product is out of stock we will contact you via email as soon as we identify the delay.
Return Information
All purchases may be returned for any reason within seven (7) days of receipt, if properly packed, insured and in the condition received. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the product is not as described.
Please call us or send an email if you are returning an item so we can be on the lookout for your package. And, please if you are dissatisfied in any way and we can resolve the issue we hope you will contact us. |
