Description:   The caption reads "The people of these United States are the rightful masters of both Congresses and Courts, not to over throw the Consitution, but to over throw the men who pervert that Constitution."  Another caption states "This picture is a good likeness of the Original."  There are facsimile signatures of Lincoln, E.S. Cleveland of Hartofrd and Philip Wadsworth of Chicago.  Based on a Matthew Brady photo.  Kellogg's lithograph bears a striking resemblance to those of Currier & Ives, their biggest competitor.
